日頃から本県の多文化共生施策への御協力感謝申し上げます。 さて、１０月３０日に外国人コミュニティへの周知についてお願いさせていただきました。 １１月１３日から１６日は、ネパールのお祭りであるティハールです。 つきましては、ネパール語に関するコロナウイルス感染防止に関する資料をお送りしますので、 改めてネパールの方を始めとした在住外国人の方への感染防止にご協力いただきますようよろしくお願いします。 今回お送りした資料 １ 内閣府の注意事項（ネパール語） ２ (一財）自治体国際化協会「新型コロナウイルスの 病気COVID-19 について」（ネパール語） 他の言語等 http://www.clair.or.jp/tabunka/portal/info/contents/114517.php ３ 埼玉県外国人向け新型コロナウイルス相談ホットラインのリーフレット （参考） 内閣府「在留外国人が参加するお祭り等における新型コロナウイルス感染症対策の徹底について」周知依頼 在留外国人がお祭り等を実施するにあたり、適切な感染防止策を取り安全に開催できるよう、 以下の点の外国人コミュニティへの周知について御協力をお願いします。 －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ （日本語） ○密が発生しやすい場所や基本的な感染防止策が徹底されていないイベントや 会食への参加をなるべく控えること。特に、不特定多数の人が密集し、かつ、 大声等の発生を伴う行事、パーティー等への参加は控えること。 ○イベントや会食の参加に当たっては、適切な対人距離の確保、 手指消毒、マスクの着用、大声での会話の自粛など、適切な感染防止策を徹底すること。 ○街頭や飲食店での大量または深夜にわたる飲酒や、 飲酒しての行事への参加は、その行事の特性を踏まえつつ、なるべく自粛すること。 ○必要に応じて、家族同士で自宅で過ごす、 オンラインのイベントに参加するなどの新しい楽しみ方を検討すること。 [English] Warnings to Foreign Citizens re New Coronavirus and Event Participation ?As much as possible, please refrain from eating in groups and participating in any events where base infection-prevention measures are not being strictly implemented and adhered to, as well as places in which the 3Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) are likely to occur. ?When participating in events and eating in groups, please ensure that adequate social distance is maintained between members, and other measures such as disinfecting hands and fingers, wearing masks, and refraining from conversing loudly, are strictly observed in order to infect the spread of infection. ?Please refrain from consuming alcohol in large quantities or until late at night on the streets or at stores that serve food and beverages.
